Choosing a school for your children can be a difficult decision, especially if you’ve just recently relocated and purchased an Irvine home for sale. While there are a number of private schools to choose from, here are a few that standout among the rest.

Tarbut V’torah Community Day School

In addition to Tarbut V’Torah providing a rigorous academic education, they are committed to instilling students with a strong background in Judaism. Each child graduates firmly entrenched in their Jewish identity, with a deep knowledge of Jewish history and traditions. Tarbut V’torah serves Jewish children from grades PK-12. They offer 17 different advanced placement courses as well as a strong sports program. Ninety-eight percent of graduates go on to college.

Arteem Institute

The Arteem Institute serves children from grades 6-12 that have demonstrated academic excellence. In addition to a rigorous school program, students study off-site during a six-week summer session at prestigious universities across the country. This gives them the opportunity to narrow their academic focus and explore their college plans as they near graduation. Accomplished professors at Arteem Institute provide the academic challenge that gifted students need to thrive and succeed.

Serving children in grades PK-12, Marden is a special education school that serves at-risk children. Whether your child is on the autism spectrum or is struggling with academics, social skills, or their emotional growth in a traditional setting, Marden is committed to creating a learning environment tailored to your child’s needs.

With an average class size of only nine students, class size is restricted to ten students maximum. Each classroom has two teachers, one master teacher and one full-time teacher’s assistant. Both a speech pathologist and clinical psychologist are on staff to address any speech, language, or counseling needs your child might require. Emphasis is placed on helping children self-regulate their behavior while learning in a structured, safe environment.
