West Irvine is close to The Market Place centers and their numerous shops and restaurants–pretty much anything you could need may found in The Market Place. Like all of Irvine, this neighborhood is very safe and is one of the more quiet ones in the city due to its inland location. West Irvine is a wonderful place to settle, and 37 Elizabeth Lane is a lovely home that is currently one of the cheaper detached options for sale in the community.
