Easter Eggstravaganza at Irvine Park
Bring your Easter basket, and hop over to the Irvine Park Railroad for its annual Easter festival. The whole family can enjoy hayrides, photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, cookie decorating, carnival games, train rides through the historic park and Easter egg hunts for children ages 2 through 12.
Spring Festival at Orange Villa Bible Church
March 19, 9am-12pm
Come one, come all to the pre-Easter festivities at the “Spring Fun Day” at Orange Villa. The church will have bounce houses, crafts, carnival games, Easter egg decorating, and an Easter basket giveaway. Cotton candy and popcorn add to the fair-like atmosphere.
Easter Celebration at Pretend City
March 26, 10am-3pm
Lots of eggs-citing fun is on tap at this museum event. The Easter Bunny will be posing for photos and giving out special treats, children can solve riddles to find Easter eggs hidden within the museum, and upon completion of the egg hunt, participants receive an Easter surprise. There will also be an Easter Bunny Hop and a station where kids can personalize an Easter egg with colorful materials.
Rabbit Run 5K and Egg Hunt
March 26, 2016, 8am-11am
Run like a rabbit to compete in this race! Prize money and trophies will be awarded to winners. There will be awards for 13 age divisions, with gold, silver, and bronze medals. When you finish, you’ll receive a finisher medal and souvenir photo with the Easter Bunny. Families are welcome to bring strollers, bicycles, and tricycles. Children must wear helmets and pads.
Easter Brunch at Lucca Cafe, Quail Hill Village Center

Lucca Café in Quail Hill is serving an Easter Champagne Brunch Buffet. The yummy menu includes Lucca pancakes, an egg and omelet station with potatoes, sausage, and bacon, and a carving station with certified Angus beef and free-range turkey breast, Sides include Italian vegetables and Caesar, mesclun, and fruit salads. And desserts like brownies, cannoli, éclairs, and cream puffs will be there for the taking.
