Central Park West is in one of the more active areas of Irvine as it is close to the Business Complex and John Wayne Airport. The proximity to the freeway leads to some noise from select buildings, but the majority of homes are insulated within the community and don’t experience the traffic noise. Central Park West offers 24-hour security and secured buildings, so safety is not an issue.
What are some key amenities within the neighborhood?
The highlight of Central Park West is what gives the community its name. At the center of the development is a 2.2-acre park and a large community area. The community area features an 8,000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, and rentable party rooms. Next to the clubhouse is a large resort-style pool area with barbeques and outdoor fireplaces. Besides the main park and community area, there are three other current and future parks, basketball courts, and lit walkways throughout the community.
Are there grocery stores, shops, or restaurants within walking distance?
Due to the centralized location in the heart of urban Irvine, Central Park West residents have easy access to numerous restaurants, bars and shops, some of which are within walking distance. South Coast Plaza is only a few minutes from Central Park West, and Irvine Spectrum is approximately a 10-minute drive. Two shopping centers, The Shops at Park Place and the Jamboree Promenade Shopping center, are within two minutes of the community.

Central Park West is comprised of attached condos and townhomes. The majority of real estate options are multi-level townhomes, some of which are three or four stories. There are single level condos in The Belvedere and The Lennox, as well as rentable one-story condos in Astoria.
