Central Park West Neighborhood of Irvine
The Central Park West neighborhood of Irvine currently features five complexes of mid-rise and high-rise condo, loft, and townhome units. Central Park West is located off the 405 Freeway at Jamboree Parkway and is next door to the Irvine Business Complex. There are three more communities planned within Central Park West (The Lennox, Marlowe, and Renwick), and the eight total communities will contain almost 1,400 units combined when completed.
The highlight of Central Park West is the 2.2-acre central park featuring an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse and recreation pavilion that houses a fitness center, business center, rooms to rent for parties, locker rooms, and more. Outside of the clubhouse is an Olympic-size saline pool with outdoor furniture, barbeques, and fireplaces. The community also features three parks, basketball courts, and a tot lot.
Central Park West real estate ranges in price from the $300,000s for a smaller one-bedroom condo up to $2 million for a luxury penthouse in the Astoria buildings.
