HOA and Property Tax Information
Astoria homeowners pay two HOA assessments – one for the Astoria HOA (approximately $688-$737 per month) and the other for the Master HOA (approximately $150 per month). Property taxes are in the annual range of 1.1% per year, and residents will also be responsible for Mello-Roos assessments, which are determined based on the square footage of the home and start in the $2,400/year range.
Irvine Residential Living Review

With few high-rise options, Astoria offers a new way of life amongst the commercial hub of Irvine. The northernmost location in Central Park West is quite appealing as it provides a privacy not afforded some of the other complexes. Astoria’s greatest strength lies in its resort-style amenities and the fact that these amenities are exclusively for use by Astoria residents and their guests; however, you may also enjoy all that Central Park West has to offer throughout the community. The homes themselves feature the latest in modern upgrades, and the floor plans are spacious and flow nicely from room to room. The views from the upper floors are about the best one can find in Irvine without working in a large office building, and you are offered a choice of views based on the location of your home. The views facing southeast tend to be the best as you overlook the city of Irvine and its rolling hills. HOA dues are pretty expensive, but the exclusive amenities help justify the cost, and this truly is luxury urban living at its finest.
