The city of Irvine in 2008 was ranked fourth by CNN Money in the country as one of the best placs to live and was ranked number one in 2009 by the FBI with the lowest crime level for cities over 100,000 people. One of the most popular places is the Irvine Spectrum, an outdoor shopping mall featuring tons of shops, restaurants, and a movie theater with 21 theaters and an I-Max theater.
