All of the homes offer formal dining areas either part of or close to the living room, and the kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Every Belvedere condo has an attached deck, accessible from the living areas or the master bedroom. Select floor plans have dual master bedrooms, and residents will love the walk-in closets that come standard in the master bedrooms. Many of the homes offer separate showers and soaking tubs in the master bathrooms, and there is usually a nice separation between bedrooms for added privacy.

HOA and Property Tax Information

HOA dues for The Belvedere homeowners range from approximately $390 to $430 per month; residents are also responsible for the Central Park West Master HOA monthly fee of $150. Property taxes are around 1.1%, and there are Mello-Roos assessments that are paid with your property taxes starting at $2,400 (actual amount based on your home’s size).

Out of the three complexes in Central Park West with single-level floor plans, The Belvedere offers the lowest HOA dues and the best location relative the community’s excellent amenities. Being across the street from The Club is a nice luxury as there is so much to experience there, from relaxing at the resort-style pool to working out in the state-of-the-art gym. The actual condos do not have the largest living areas, but they are very comfortable and have little wasted space. The private courtyards the make up the interior of The Belvedere are very relaxing, and this is a great way to meet your neighbors (one of the best features of urban-style communities). With future plans for a large retail plaza in the adjacent lot to The Belvedere, residents will have more reasons to be happy that they’ve purchased a Belvedere condo.
