Two model homes available for purchase starting March 26th

La Casella, a beautiful Irvine townhome community located in the Woodbury area, has gone the past couple of months without seeing any homes come on the market; in fact, the last recorded sale of a La Casella townhome occurred in January of this year. According to the website of Lennar, the community's developer, the two homes that have served as models for the community will be released for sale this Saturday, March 26th. The first model, which is the Residence 2 floor plan, will offer 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and almost 2,100 square feet of living space; the second model, Residence 3, contains 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and over 2,600 square feet of living space. According to Lennar, the upgrades in these homes are fantastic, and La Casella itself is an excellent community with a pool, community center, tot lot, and sports court.
