Food trucks coming together to raise money for Alzheimer's disease

This Thursday, April 14th, a unique event will be taking place in the Central Park West real estate development of Irvine. The Alzheimer's Association, in partnership with Lennar and Central Park West, will be hosting a Food Truck Block Party to raise funds for Alzheimer's research. The event will be attended by 20 Los Angeles and Orange County food trucks, including Barbies Q, Longboard's Ice Cream, Greenz on Wheels, Uncle Lau's BBQ, and many more. The event will take place at Central Park West (located just west of the 405 Freeway off the Jamboree exit) from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, and there will be live entertainment along with more than enough food to enjoy. Access to the Block Party may be purchased for as little as $5, and there is also a VIP pass for $25 that gains you access to the event along with additional perks (a swag bag, complimentary valet parking, and more).

This is a fantastic event that is in support of a great cause. If you have never been to a food truck event before, you will not be disappointed; just make sure to show up hungry, because we promise that you will leave full.
