New single family development of Irvine to debut new model homes

San Marino, the newest community of the Woodbury neighborhood, is about to unveil three new model homes for interested buyers and the general public to view. On Saturday, March 19th, the builder of the San Marino tract, Irvine Pacific, will be hosting a Grand Opening Event for the new single family home models. The models will be open for viewing from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and there will be a gourmet coffee cart and cookies served from 10:30am to 3:00pm. Parking for the event will be in a lot across the street from the San Marino Sales Office, which is located at Towngate and Sand Canyon Avenue.

San Marino will feature three single family floor plans ranging from 2,814 to 3,121 square feet. The homes are all two-story floor plans that offer 4-5 bedrooms and 3-3.5 bathrooms; pricing will start in the low $1,000,000s. San Marino is a small part of the large Villages of Irvine, which is comprised of Woodbury, Woodbury East, Portola Springs, and the upcoming Laguna Altura, Stonegate, and Stonegate East neighborhoods.
